Description:
1, Our company have over 10 years experience on designing and
customize the dock ramp as per customer's request.
2, Two hydraulic supporting leg help to sustain the passage of
heavy load during operation.
3, As customer request, we make it with single safety fence design.
4, The end bracket enable our dock ramp to be towable by forklift.
5, Two solid tyres provide excellent traction without worry of
puncture.
6, Capacity: 10ton. If you need 15ton capacity also no problem.
7, The steel structure has been sand-blasted, and the painting has
been baked under 170℃ temperature, ensuring the maximum painting
adherence
and be free of rusting.
8, Top flat table is made of anti-skid steel plate.
9, Steel grating on the slope floor prevent the forklift from
slipping back during operation.
10, Tapered lip edge provide a smooth transition between container
and ramp.
11, We use Italy “Oiltec” hydraulic pump(optional) and it enable
our yard ramp to be operated manually
with great ease, eliminating the need for electrical operation.
12, Two safety chain secure the fixing between ramp and truck box.
13, Hydraulic pump adjust the ramp to the desired position.
14, Guard rail(curb) provide safety and direction for forklift
movement.
15, If you want to make it with 3-side loading or 2-side loading
also no problem, just adding lip on sides.
16, Two rubber bumper absorb the shock between truck box and ramp.
17, The dimension for every part can be customized to suit to
actual demand.
18, Need to use 40' container to ship it. one 40' container can
load 2pcs.
