- Middle boom cylinder (Cylinder-1) can use original stick cylinder
to save cost.(As customer requirements,we also can prepare this
cylinder ourselves.)
- Stick cylinder (Cylinder-2) can use original bucket cylinder to
save cost.(As customer requirements,
we also can prepare this cylinder ourselves.)
- Bucket cylinder (Cylinder-3):we will prepare bucket cylinder
- We supply Linkage,hydraulic pipes,lubricant pipes,pins,hoses,etc
- For hydraulic pipes,we will prepare 2 kit extra pipes for
attachments.And for the 2 kit extra pipes,we will
prepare stop valve,so it's convenient for assembling and
dismantling attachments.
- We will also prepare 1 kit water spray pipe for the Demolition
boom,it's convenient for reduing dust in
demolition.
-If necessary,we also can prepare video camera for the demolition
boom.
Description:

3, Main sheet Material of this long boom is Q690D.Pin’s material is
42CrMo4.
4,Welding is protective-gas welding,the protective gas is 80% Argon
and 20% CO2 mixed.This is golden standard for protective gas
5, Before welding,we have use big edge milling machine mill the
edge of the sheet.So the welding can go to the internal of the
steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance
6.For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom,we
use boring machine adjust the precision after welding,to avoid the
welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
7.We will prepare lubricant pipe system,hydraulic
system,cylinder-2,cylinder-3,linkage,counter weight,pins and hoses
for the demolition boom we supply you.
8.Cylinder-1 of the demolition boom,can use original stick cylinder
to save the cost,if you need the cylinder-1,we also can prepare for
you.
9.we can prepare 2 kit extra auxiliary pipe line for the demolition
boom attachment.
For all the auxiliary pipe,we will also prepare break valve in both
ends of each pipe,so easy for assembling and dismantling
attachment,to avoid oil-leak.
For the Main auxiliary pipe,we will prepare the solenoid back
valve,so it’s easy to adjust the oil flow for the attachment.
10.We Also prepare 1pcs water spray pipe for the demolition boom,to
reduce the dust in demolishing.
11.The max weight of attachment this demolition boom can bear is
2500kgs.
12,We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom,so it’s
easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
